Valerie Giglio, Attorney /Partner
Attorney Valerie L. Giglio is a graduate of Salem State College and New England School of Law with over 25 years of experience. She has handled business law transactions, immigration matters and criminal matters at the district court and appellate levels. Her practice currently focuses on representation of creative professionals (contract review, licensing, copyright and trademark issues). She is also a musician and author, which makes her adept at understanding the unique needs of the creative professional and handling the legal challenges that can arise in the creative industries. She operates an independent record label and music publishing catalog and is a faculty member at Boston University's College of Communication (Media Science).

Mark Samson, Attorney/Partner
Attorney Mark Samson brings several years of large firm experience to Giglio and Samson. Mark’s practice focuses on representing businesses of all sizes. He also specializes in representing restaurant owners and groups, and other businesses and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry.
Mark is able to deliver a unique level of understanding, commitment, and service to his clients based on his experience.
