Valerie Giglio, Attorney /Partner
Attorney Valerie L. Giglio is a graduate of Salem State College and New England School of Law with over 20 years of experience handling criminal and business matters. Her practice currently focuses on criminal defense as well as matters for performing artists. She has an extensive experience in performing arts and a special interest in assisting musicians. A musician herself for decades, she is adept at understanding the unique needs of the musician and handling the legal challenges that can arise in the performing arts field. She operates an independent record label and music publishing catalog.

Mark Samson, Attorney/Partner
Attorney Mark Samson brings several years of large firm experience to Giglio and Samson. Mark’s practice focuses on representing businesses of all sizes. He also specializes in representing restaurant owners and groups, and other businesses and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry.
Mark is able to deliver a unique level of understanding, commitment, and service to his clients based on his experience.
